Over one hundred million Americans
suffer from chronic pain

Don't be alone - Join us today!

Dear Friends:
Chronic pain is a condition that affects over a 100 million Americans. Often resistant to treatment, chronic pain is debilitating and isolating because it is an "invisible injury" that impacts upon every aspect of the sufferer's life: emotionally, physically, professionally and spiritually.

US Pain Foundation, Inc.
Our successes this past year have been joining the U.S. Pain Foundation, Inc., advocating for the National Pain Strategy to be implemented and funded, support groups, Speakers Series, Pain Connection Live conference calls, training of support group leaders, National Coalition of Chronic Pain Providers and Professionals meetings, collaborated with the Mental Health Association and Veterans Collaboration, information and referrals given to local and national callers, several community workshops and talks educating the community about chronic pain, interviews by newspapers for articles about Pain Connection, publication of our newsletter and updated website information.

We are requesting you to help us in our efforts to expand the services of Pain Connection in order to improve the quality of life of people with chronic pain and their significant others.

Your donation will support our existing programs and future services.

There are many ways that you can donate a gift to help create further services and ensure our center: Will, Beneficiary Designation, Gifts that provide Lifetime Income to You, and in Honor of a Birthday, Anniversary, Holiday, Graduation or in Memory of a Loved One. Call or email us for details.

"Painless Puzzles of The Acrostic Kind", Volume 2
For donations of $25 or more, donors will receive a free gift of the second volume of Painless Puzzles of The Acrostic Kind, created by Pain Connection Board member Neil Goldstein. The book contains 52 acrostic puzzles originally published by the Tribune Media syndicate and edited by the Quote-Acrostic guru Charles Preston. Solve the crossword clues to gradually fill in the letters in the hidden quote. As the quote begins to emerge, it will provide you with letter clues for the words you’ve not yet found. Work the puzzle back and forth between clue and the quote. Donate now and receive the book as our thanks!

Or, if you prefer, you can choose to receive the first volume of Painless Puzzles of The Acrostic Kind, which also contains 52 puzzles created by Neil Goldstein.

For each $25 contribution you will receive a 52-puzzle book, Volume 2 unless you request Volume 1. For a $50 donation you will receive both puzzle books.
All proceeds of this puzzle book benefit US Pain Foundation, Inc.
